The study's methodology is presented in the research paper, along with an explanation of how a website's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) affect its usefulness in the construction industry. This covers a variety of UI/UX-related topics, such as responsiveness, design, navigation, and content organization. Significant findings show that an attractive and easy-to-use user interface (UI) can draw in users, make an impression of professionalism, and win their trust. Additionally, a website with a consistent user experience and a well-defined hierarchy will increase customer satisfaction and lead generation. Our goal is to provide a User Interface/User Experience that is specifically tailored to the demands of the construction industry. For example, all project and service portfolios, contact details, certifications, and three-dimensional tours should be revealed. The primary focus of the research is to provide construction companies with recommendations on how to improve the efficiency of their online operations and increase their competitive advantage.
