The project proposes a method to aid decision-making in contexts where uncertainty arises from vague judgments made by decision-makers or experts. It suggests employing techniques such as fuzzy weighted summation, fuzzy implication, computation graphs illustrating criteria, and fuzzy dominance graphs representing alternatives to rank them effectively. When criteria have equal importance, fuzzy graphs depicting the dominance of each criterion are utilized. The proposed algorithm, which facilitates both transitioning from fuzzy dominance graphs and ranking alternatives, relies on constructing Kemeny medians or similar concordant rankings with a specified confidence level in the existence of corresponding arcs. Computational experiments have demonstrated the effectiveness of these approaches, suggesting their suitability for problems requiring intricate expert evaluations with numerous alternatives and criteria.
