This study examines the career paths choose by B.sc graduates at Bharatiya Mahavidyalaya, Amravati ,based on primary data collected from 25 students. The finding reveal that a majority of students option for further education in diverse fields post – graduation. A moderate number express interest in pursuing careers in industrial microbiology, while a smaller percentage show inclination towards environmental microbiology and research and development fields. These results shed light on the diverse career aspirations of b.sc graduates and emphasise the importance of tailored career guidance and educational programs to meet their needs and aspirations.
