Technological transitions characterize the current era. One of them is the Industry 5.0, which is the revolution of humans and technology. The IOT (Internet of Things) technology is emerging as the backbone for every application of Industry 5.0. In the current paper, we do review Industry 5.0, applications of Industry 5.0 and IOT networks. This review focuses primarily on the management of data for the number of nodes that are connected in the IOT network, which generates a large amount of data that comes in both structured and unstructured forms. Data management is the key area of research for efficient interoperability of IOT networks. Moreover, it highlights the challenges requiring attention for successful data integration
