A teacher is a person who provides knowledge to the students and teaching is the act of instructing pupils or students in any educational institution. A teacher faces many challenges in her daily routine work and one of the main challenges of her work is all-round development of her students along with other official works. In today’s time students are getting smarter and very curious about knowing the things related to their academics. To deal with these students and to answer their questions a teacher has to pull up her socks. She has to update her knowledge and skills. The aim of the study is to put light on the challenges and problems of teacher’s work and find out the solutions for these challenges and problems. Descriptive method is used to find out the solution. The findings reveal that a teacher can come over the challenges and problems of her work with some changes and improvisation in her work style. She has to remain calm and zeal to learn new things so that she can do her work properly and smoothly and without getting stressed. The paper concludes with some suggestions that should be taken as a part of education programme.
