Title

A STUDY ON ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN E-COMMERCE

Abstract

In today's world artificial intelligence is a thing which is familiar to everyone, even for those who live under the rocks. Artificial intelligence is a virtual space that gives solutions to a lot of human problems to make their life easy. Some genius minded humans thought of using artificial intelligence in e-commerce business. The motive of using artificial intelligence in the E-Commerce world is mainly to manipulate customers behavior and decision in favor of certain brands and products. Artificial intelligence helps e-commerce in various forms as Intelligent Logistics, Inventory Control, development of Chatbots, Price Optimization, Forecasting Trends. The involvement of artificial intelligence here seems to be an innovative tool in the e-commerce sector and can be seen as a positive change in the upcoming days. This paper focuses on the explanation of the impact of the involvement of artificial intelligence in E-Commerce in India (mainly on the positive side). The aim is to evaluate the impact of artificial intelligence in the matter of Electronic Commerce based on readily available studies on this subject. The emergence of artificial intelligence has opened a huge number of new ideas for E-Commerce development which leads to increase in its value, and multi-dimensional growth
