Abstract

Maharshi Patanjali ko Adhunik Yog ka Pita Mana Jata Hai. Patanjali ke Dwara Hi Sarvapratham Yog Vyavasthit Roop se Sankalan Kiya Gaya Aur Yog ke Roop me Apni Kaljayi Rachna 'Yogasutra' ko Pratipadit Kiya Gaya. Yog ke Dwara Atma Aur Parmatma ka Parasparik Sandhan Hota Hai.
