Decent Work, primarily conceptualized by ILO (1999) and later by UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (Goal – 8: ‘Decent Work and Economic Growth’), approves productive work for individuals which is built on four pillars viz. freedom, equality, security and human rights.The matter of consequence of this domain knowledge hence unlocks additional research avenues mainly in the 21st century when the world economy has to witness sustainability issues due to pandemic-related natural calamities.The present study concentrates on the components of decent work in the corporate social responsibility landscape during the 21st Century where publication productivity, citation, author’s keywords, and trends are considered based on Scopus e-database with VOSviewer1.6.18. The study detects the involvement ofcountries in this research domain like Spain, Australia, and the United States, as the promising ones.It drafts the future direction of understanding the processes involved in changing decent work culture and improving performance via corporate social responsibility.Therefore, the study shows its significance by offeringa ground-breaking theoretical model of decent work incorporate social responsibilitythat can benefit academicians and practitioners significantly.
