The paper explores the oppression and resistance in feminist texts unveiling the varied struggles of marginalized individuals against entrenched societal injustices. These literary works dissect patriarchal dominance, gender norms, and power imbalances that confine women to subordinate roles. Through nuanced narratives, they showcase women's resilience and defiance, from subtle acts to overt rebellion, against oppressive structures. Moreover, the intersectionality of oppression—intersecting with race, class, sexuality, and disability—is examined, revealing layered marginalization. By amplifying marginalized voices and highlighting their quests for liberation, this study enriches discourse on social justice and gender equality, fostering deeper comprehension of gender dynamics in literature and society.
