KMF (Karnataka Milk Federation) stands as a cornerstone in the dairy industry, fostering sustainable practices and empowering local farmers. Driven by a commitment to quality and innovation, KMF ensures the production of wholesome dairy products for consumers across Karnataka. Through its cooperative model, KMF exemplifies the power of community-driven initiatives in shaping a thriving dairy ecosystem. The study employs a mixed-method approach utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Secondary data was sourced from the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) website and its annual reports. Descriptive analysis was conducted on this secondary data to assess sales growth trends and gain insights into the operational performance of KMF. Primary data collection involved surveying 138 respondents in Mysore District primary data collected from the survey was analysed. Chi-square Test was utilized, categorizing respondents based on geographical areas to ascertain any significant differences in awareness levelsthis study provides valuable insights into the awareness of operational performance and production growth of Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF).
