Through surveys and interviews conducted with college students across diverse disciplines and institutions, the research uncovers insights into the ways ChatGPT is being integrated into academic, social, and personal spheres. Findings reveal a range of impacts, including enhanced learning experiences, assistance with assignments, and support for mental health and well-being. Furthermore, the analysis sheds light on challenges faced by students in utilizing ChatGPT effectively and suggests strategies for optimizing its usage in educational settings. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the role of AI technology in higher education and offers recommendations for maximizing its benefits while mitigating potential drawbacks.
