Acoustic Neuroma as also known as Vestibular Schwannoma, Neurilemmoma or Eighth nerve tumor. It is benign, encapsulated extremely slow growing tumor of the 8th cranial nerve. It is the most common benign tumor of the CP angle (cerebello-pontine angle). It is benign but locally invasive tumor. Mostly seen in elderly when in young individual, it is seen associated with NF – 2 (Neurofibromatosis type 2). In Ayurveda it resembles with Badhirya. In this case study a 25 years old male patient came to the OPD with the complaints of B/L hearing impairment with tinnitus for 5 years and diagnosed with B/L Acoustic Schwannoma in 2019. He came for Ayurvedic treatment. It can be treated with the principle of treatment mentioned in Badhirya in Ayurveda according to predominance of Dosha, vitiation of Dusya, treating with Kala Basti, Shiro Pichu, Karna Poorana and other oral Ayurvedic medicines.
