Title

QR Chronicle: Exploring Heritage through Smart Entry

Abstract

The management and conservation of cultural heritage places must contend with issues of insufficient identification methods, inefficient ticketing, and crowding. To improve visitor experiences, expedite ticketing procedures, and guarantee efficient heritage management, this system combines digital identification, e-ticketing, and data analytics. The suggested solution consists of a monitoring dashboard, a central database, and an online application. Through the web application, guests can buy e-tickets, get customized recommendations, and obtain information about the monuments. It does away with paper tickets by incorporating digital identification. The monitoring dashboard and mobile application can synchronize in real time since the central database holds visitor information, ticket records, and monument-related data. The dashboard gives administrators data and insights to help with decision-making, resource allocation, and monitoring. Improved visitor experiences, shorter wait times, tailored suggestions, and practical ticketing alternatives are some advantages of this approach. Facilitating improved resource allocation and monitoring improves heritage management. By utilizing electronic tickets to reduce paper use, the system promotes environmental initiatives and enables data-driven decision-making. This essay outlines the fundamentals of ticketing system implementation and provides examples of ticketing system deployments in the tourism and cultural industries.
