The creation of a cutting-edge audiobook reader software specifically for the visually impaired community is presented in this research report. Utilizing the Python programming language, Stream-lit for designing user interfaces, LM Studio for fine-tuning language models, and Hugging Face for model deployment, the system offers a voice-activated, user-friendly interface for audiobook access. The software provides customized reading experiences by incorporating sophisticated natural language processing techniques that adjust to individual preferences and improve accessibility. Because of its user-friendly design, visually impaired users' specific demands are met and navigation and interaction are made smooth. VS-Code is used in the implementation phase to facilitate effective coding and debugging, leading to a reliable and expandable solution. Through the development of assistive technologies, this research promotes diversity and gives people with visual impairments a sense of empowerment.
