Abstract

Customers are considered to be the most essential part of reflecting on a product or service that is offered by a brand. It is important to understand that the perception of the customers is heavily driven by their feelings followed by their opinions and beliefs regarding a particular brand or its product, respectively. Customer loyalty is more essential to consider in terms of deriving a positive perception of the customers. The chosen study is going to be influential in terms of understanding the varied factors that facilitate customer perception towards the purchase of organic products. Organic product producers have become more integrated with the analysis of marketing opportunities that have truly driven the Global market of organic products and their acquisition by the customers. The chosen study is effective in terms of focusing on the previous aspect that has been derived by authors in the past. Essentially the study has focused on the derivation of the research methodology that is strictly going to focus on a primary data collection approach which is going to be followed by a thematic data analysis.
