Cement industries are crucial for economic growth and infrastructure development, but their production is a major source of air pollution, affecting the respiratory system and causing respiratory problems like silicosis. Workers in cement manufacturing factories are exposed to high levels of dust, which can lead to serious damage to plants and animals. To minimize human health risks, factory management must implement the latest technology, management systems, and continuous online monitoring. Existing dust control measures are often inadequate, and more effective and sustainable solutions are needed. Additionally, providing adequate personal respiratory protective equipment for chronically exposed individuals is necessary. Experiments have shown that cement contains harmful elements that are hazardous when exposed to users and their surroundings. This project aims to address this critical issue by investigating and implementing effective strategies to minimize dust exposure and protect worker safety.
