Title

EXPERIENTIAL MUSEUM DESIGN FOR WAR EVOLUTION

Abstract

This project explores the evolution of war strategies throughout history and their potential for further expansion into newer and more diverse categories. The study categorizes different periods of warfare into war generations, encompassing five widely accepted categories. However, recent advancements in military tactics and technology have led to the proposal of expanding the classification system to include seven distinct generations, incorporating emerging strategies and future predictions. The paper not only focuses on presenting information about war strategies but also aims to provide users with a unique and immersive experience. The design incorporates architectural features representative of each war generation, effectively transforming the thesis into a fully experiential museum. By integrating artistic and architectural elements, the project enhances user engagement and understanding of the subject matter. The selection of the site for the museum considers factors such as accessibility and proximity to other tourist attractions. The chosen location offers convenient transportation options and is surrounded by various hospitality facilities, making it an ideal destination for both local and international visitors. The strategic placement of the museum aims to maximize footfall and enhance the overall visitor experience. In conclusion, this thesis examines the evolution of war strategies over time and proposes the expansion of the existing war generations classification system. By presenting the information in an experiential museum setting, the project aims to engage visitors and provide a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The design of the museum not only prioritizes information display but also integrates unique architectural features for each war generation. The site selection and layout considerations ensure accessibility, convenience, and an enjoyable experience for visitors. Through this research, we hope to contribute towards understanding and exploration of war strategies while fostering a sense of fascination and curiosity among museum visitors
