Title

Third Order Quadrature Sinusoidal Oscillator Employing UVCs

Abstract

This paper presents a third-order quadrature sinusoidal oscillator (TOQSO) using two universal voltage conveyors (UVCs), three capacitors and thee resistors. The new structure provides two 90o phase difference voltage outputs. The independent control of condition of oscillation (CO) and frequency of oscillation (FO) has been provided by the proposed structure using capacitors, C2 and C1 respectively. The validity of the proposed TOQSO is confirmed by SPICE simulation using Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) 0.18µm process parameters.
