Title

Comparative Analysis of Hybrid Models Of AES-RSA And AES-Triple Des Algorithms for Encryption of Images And Videos

Abstract

This study delves into a thorough comparative analysis of hybrid encryption models, leveraging the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) in conjunction with both the Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA) and Triple Data Encryption Standard (DES) algorithms, aimed at fortifying the security of multimedia content such as images and videos. By blending symmetric and asymmetric encryption techniques, these hybrid schemes endeavor to enhance data security while mitigating computational overhead. Through a meticulously designed experimental framework encompassing diverse datasets, encompassing a spectrum of performance metrics including encryption/decryption speed, security strength, and resilience against common cyber threats, the research scrutinizes the effectiveness and efficiency of AES-RSA and AES-Triple DES hybrid encryption models. Furthermore, the study delves into the practical viability of these hybrid schemes in real-world scenarios, factoring in considerations such as computational resource requirements, scalability, and compatibility with existing systems. The culmination of this endeavor is a comprehensive elucidation of the comparative advantages and limitations of the proposed hybrid encryption approaches, furnishing valuable insights to practitioners and researchers operating in the realms of cybersecurity and multimedia communication. Ultimately, the findings aim to offer informed guidance for selecting the most apt encryption methodology to safeguard multimedia content across a spectrum of applications and environments.
