This research report presents a comprehensive study of juvenile justice system reform. Juvenile Justice System poses significant challenges to societies, impacting not only the individuals involved but also broader social and economic well-being. Through an analysis of socio-economic factors, family dynamics, peer influences, and legal frame, this study explores the root causes and prevalence of juvenile justice in the region. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, including quantitative data analysis and qualitative examination, this study sheds light on the complexities of juvenile justice and the effectiveness of existing interventions. By offering insights into the unique challenges faced by South Asian countries and proposing evidence-based strategies and intervention, this study aims to contribute to the development of more holistic approaches to addressing juvenile justice system.
