The selection of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) institute is a critical decision for students in Bhopal city, influenced by various factors that shape their educational and career trajectories. This study investigates the factors affecting the selection of MBA institutes by students in Bhopal, encompassing academic reputation, faculty expertise, infrastructure facilities, placement opportunities, location convenience, affordability, and curriculum offerings. A sample of students enrolled in or intending to pursue MBA programs in Bhopal was surveyed, and data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test and Bartlett's test of sphericity were employed to assess the adequacy of the sample and the suitability of the factor model. Results indicate that the sample was highly suitable for factor analysis, with a KMO value of 0.964 and significant Bartlett's test results. The study highlights the importance of these factors in students' decision-making process and provides implications for educational institutions to enhance their offerings and cater to the diverse needs of students in Bhopal city. Understanding these factors is crucial for stakeholders aiming to improve the quality, relevance, and accessibility of MBA education in the region.
