This paper presents an innovative Online Appointment Booking System for CNG Pump, aimed at reducing waiting times and improving the efficiency of CNG refueling processes. The system allows users to book appointments for CNG refueling through a web- based application, providing convenience and time savings. Utilizing technologies such as GPS and real-time data, users can locate nearby CNG pumps, view availability, book appointments, make online payments, and receive notifications. The system also includes an administrative panel for pump owners to manage pump details, update CNG prices, and monitor appointments. The proposed system enhances the overall CNG refueling experience by streamlining the booking process and minimizing waiting times.
