Kazi Nazrul Islam (1899-1976) was on of the finest poets and best known for his pioneering roll in Bengali literature. He is the national poet of Bangladesh. His poems. Songs and writings are equally are admired in both India and Bangladesh. He is called Rebel poet, because obvious rebellious attitude in his poetry. As a poet, writer, musician, journalist, politician, Soldier, Nazrul has been a remarkable and farm voice against injustice, inequality, human operation and slavery. He has composed many songs to sing and let the youth to become enthusiastic for ingrained nationalism and patriotism. He criticized the British rule and call for revolution through his poetic works, souch as Bidrohi and Bhangar Gan . Nazrul poetry played ek crucial role in Uniting the oppressed and providing them with an intense sense of nationalism. Bidrohi is on office famous anti British writing piece . Which has immediately placed him in the public eye.
