Title

online gatepass management for college students

Abstract

The "Online Gate Pass Management System" is a web-based application designed to streamline the traditional, manual process of obtaining out pass permissions in colleges. The system aims to enhance efficiency and security by leveraging digital workflows and automated checks. Students seeking an out pass must meet a minimum attendance criterion of 65%. Key actors in the system include the Head of the Department (HOD), parents, students, an attendance manager, and security guards, each provided with secure login access.
