Toni Morrison is one of the most prominent writers of fiction in contemporary America, who has depicted the tragic condition of Black people, especially women in America and shows the victimization of Black people within the context of social life. In her novels, she has boldly presented the prejudices and racism faced by African American women. In this essay I choose to focus on her two most celebrated works ,namely, Paradise and Beloved.
