Aluminium metal matrix composites (AMMCs) are developed owing to their excellent properties like light weight, high levels of strength, stiffness and wear resistance. In the present work, an attempt is made to study the effect of reinforcement particulates namely, graphene (varying weight percentage) and a constant weight percentage Aluminium 7075 and tribological behavior of Al 7075 alloy matrix. Composite materials play a vital role at the present modern industrial sectors. This paper emphasize the production of metal-matrix Aluminium and Graphene composites using the stir-casting method and prepared total four samples of varying percentile compositions of Graphene (0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0%) with aluminium 7075. The wear studies were conducted for all grade of composite before and after heat treatment. Also Mechanical Properties of the Composite Material was evaluated.
