This research investigates the various features, implementation tactics, and effects associated with SDMS adoption in educational contexts through a review of recent literature, case studies, and empirical data. Additionally, it looks into the potential and difficulties that come with integrating SDMS, especially with relation to user acceptance, compliance, and data security. t. This research aims at investigating existing electronic and paper based DMSs in a sample of small size contracting companies. Hardcopy documents has been one of the items that most organizations need to manage in a safe and secure manner due to the high dependency on most of their working procedure especially in government organizations. Hence, we proposed a new framework to improve the weaknesses of the existing document management procedures in government organizations. The modern educational environment necessitates the effective handling of enormous volumes of papers in order to facilitate administrative, instructional, and learning activities. The study described in this abstract examines School Document Management Systems (SDMS) and how important they are to contemporary educational settings. By providing a single platform for the archiving, retrieval, and organization of educational resources, SDMS promotes cooperation between administrators, teachers, and students. This essay explores the features, advantages, and difficulties of implementing SDMS in educational institutions. It investigates how SDMS improve overall educational efficacy, facilitate processes, and improve information accessibility through a review of case studies and academic literature.
