Abstract Poly cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is a leading cause of infertility in reproductive age range due to unhealthy life style choices . ( major cause of concern in present generation among reproductive age groups due to undesirable life style changes). This is a case Study of an infertile couple who have been unable to conceive . The wife was diagnosed with PCOS . The objectives of present treatment includes Ayurvedic management of PCOS, ensuring regular and thereby helping to promote healthy pregnancy . Treatment plan include both Shodhan (purification) and Shaman (medications) conception therapies .During treatment period she lost 10kg of weight and regular menstruation thereafter. The outcome of Ayurvedic intervention was conception within 8 months of treatment. Along with this Yoga and diet plan also given to patient. Yoga can also help in weight managing, relives stress and improves blood circulation to the reproductive organs. Restriction of junk food is another major aspect.
