Artificial Intelligence has become an interesting phenomenon in the world of current technological advancements. This technology has many applications, including use to facilitate the private and government sector. Today's World has noticed several AI applications and therefore has incorporated them into its Electronic Services division. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of AI on the global world. Studies show that AI is highly beneficial at both the individual and organizational levels and that governments and the private sector are responsible for its adoption. The study also found that people had positive and negative responses to the use of AI in private and public services. Users were impressed with the positive impact of AI, while others worried that the AI would take over and lead to job losses. There are some limitations to the use of artificial intelligence. However, they can be overcome by developing effective strategies. Key recommendations provided by this study include the use of national values in the advancement process of AI systems, effective solutions to social problems, and helping people adapt to the changes brought about by AI in the daily world.
